21 Day Positive Green Juice Challenge

All you need is a blender! On June 11th, join our blog (the one you are on right now) and write "I accept the challenge!" Once you write this, you will officially be in the challenge and your name will go in a drawing for amazing prizes! Every time you blog your name will be entered in the drawing. So, the more you blog the better your chances are of winning. On June 10th, we will put up the first day's recipes so you can go grocery shopping and get your supplies. All recipes are only suggestions, please following doctor's orders, especially if you have any pre-existing health concerns. Everyday we will put up recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Your breakfast or snack should consist of a green smoothie each day. Throughout the day, blog about your experiences, recipes you have found or any questions you may have. (Remember we aren't doctors, we are just passionate about healthy eating.) Each time you blog please make it positive. If you don't like a recipe, that is fine, just give a way to improve it. Last, but not least, have fun, meet friends and smile, your improving your health the green smoothie way!

  2. Hey everyone! Hope you are super excited about starting your 21 day challenge and becoming the new you. You will find sample recipes for the first week of the challenge under the blog titles 21 Day Positive Green Juice Challenge Week One. Trying a green smoothie each day should be your personal challenge for the next 21 days. We will encourage you to eat healthy throughout this challenge, but how healthy you eat is your choice. We aren’t nutritionalist, by any means, but we are passionate about our health. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please, consult your primary care physician. The next 21 days should be your time to experience new things that may be outside of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid, in the end you will find a healthier, more beautiful you! Each day remember to blog about your experiences, what types of foods you tried, or any suggestions you may have for others who are on this journey with you. Remember, every time you blog your name goes into the drawing. So, the more you blog, the better your chances are of winning.   3. 1/4 almond soy milk
    1/4 orange juice
    1/4 blueberry
    1/4 banana
    1/4 green grapes

    this was my dinner smoothie..
    I started early today with a smoothie this morning. Salad for lunch and yum the dinner smoothie was awesome.
    Look forward to a green/soy protein smoothie with watermelon, banana, blueberries and green grapes....tomorrow morning before I interpret for a deaf student at High School football practice at 7:30 AM.

  4. wow I have had two super awesome smoothies today for this morning and for dinner. I ate a normal healthy lunch. I love all the different fruits you can use in smoothies with orange juice and almond milk and a scoop of green grass all natural blend. Yum. I love mango, watermelon, peaches, grapes , blueberries. so many combos .I love a banana no matter what other fruits I uses. Awesome just so tasty.
